Stefan Horstmann has been the chief operations officer (COO) and a member of the IBC Solar AG board of directors since June 2020. As a trained engineer, he gained several years of experience in management positions at an international level in strategic and operational supply chain management as well as IT. The focus of his IT activities in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology sector have focused on ERP software, process design, organisational development and project management.

At IBC SOLAR, Horstmann is responsible for logistics, purchasing, quality assurance, product management, IT, processes and organisation. As COO, he also contributes to internal networking at IBC SOLAR to position the company for success in national and international photovoltaic markets.
