19th March 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm CET

Join the webinar on 19th March at 1pm UTC to find out more about how food processing plants  and cold stores are using innovative solutions to address environmental challenges. Learn how  Frigologix’s progressive investment practices in control systems, green solar‐energy generation and  now energy storage, has ensured their business uses energy as efficiently as possible,  resulting in  substantial energy savings every day and maximizing the use of available energy sources.  The Frigologix site in Belgium operates 24 hours a day with 60,000 freezer pallet and 5,000 fresh pallet  places and more than 1 million movements a year.

Members of the CryoHub project team will also give an update on the project findings so far and  invite you to share your views on the benefits and challenges associated with introducing innovation  in a live interactive session addressing the questions of:

  • What are the policy & regulatory  drivers for energy and climate change
  • Why taking a strategic approach to energy and environmental challenges is key to success
  • Barriers to adopting new technologies and business models, and how organisational enablers can help
  • Key factors for successful introduction of new more sustainable technologies
