SHIP2FAIR‘s goal is to foster the integration of solar heat technology into industrial processes from the agro–food sector, which is the largest manufacturing sector and the leading employer. In spring 2021, SHIP2FAIR’s partners are preparing a series of webinars with the objective to share with all interested participants:
- How to make agro-food industries greener & efficient with renewable energy solutions
- How to make the most of your business thanks to SHIP2FAIR solutions
- How to choose the right solar thermal technology: needs, process, and advantages
This webinar series are especially interesting for industrial plant owners of the agro-food sector, companies willing to integrate in their service solar thermal solutions and research and academia.
The first webinar, held 20th May, focuses on using renewable energy solutions to make agro-food industries greener and more efficient. It is an opportunity to learn how the SHIP2FAIR project is using solar thermal technologies to improve the efficiency of four companies working on the agro-food sector: Martini & Rossi, spirits distillation (Italy); Larnaudie, fresh duck products manufacturing (France); RAR Açúcar, sugar boiling (Portugal); and Bodegas RODA, wine fermentation and stabilization (Spain).
