In the frame of EUROSUNMED project, an International School on Photovoltaics, Concentrated Solar Power, Storage, Grid Integration and the Economics of Renewable Energy in EU-MENA are organized from 28 to 31 March 2015 in Helwan, Egypt.
The School is hosted by the Helwan University and will consist of three days of lectures capturing the latest developments in the area of renewable electricity generation, a poster exhibition and a one-day site visit to demonstration facilities.
The programme is suitable for Master, PhD and PostDoc-level students as well as researchers/professors, engineers and staff of private companies working with Renewable Energy. All presentations will be given in English.
Please note that the event is open only to selected participants and the number of attendees is limited. Special attention will be given to applicants from the MENA region.
Application requirements:
- Documented study/research/work experience in Renewable Energies
- An advanced level of English
- Possibility to assist all four days of the School
- Possibility to cover costs for own travel and accommodation*
