Following two successful visits to Lyon Confluence in France, the Action Cluster on Sustainable Districts and Built Environment is joining with the Tampere Smart City Program to invite you to an exceptional field day on September 21st, 2017.
There will be three field visits:
- The EU Gugle Deep Retrofitting project,
- The Vuores eco-efficient district, featuring Nature Based Solutions,
- The Härmälänranta Near Zero Energy District
This Action Cluster brings together the public authorities at all levels and stakeholders from civil society, industry and academia. The overall objective is to contribute to sustainable urban development and regeneration through the promotion of innovative solutions from the ICT, energy, materials, bio and social sciences. These are implemented in and around the EU with two leading initiatives: The Positive Energy Blocks (PEB) and Deep Retrofitting (DR).
